Fleet and commercial golf cart service

Find providers who take recurring maintenance contracts for campgrounds, resorts, courses, communities and municipal fleets.

What this covers

  • Scheduled preventative maintenance across a fleet
  • Battery pack rotation, testing and staged replacement
  • Charging infrastructure checks
  • Seasonal preparation and storage
  • Breakdown response during operating season
  • Condition reporting across the fleet

Symptoms that lead here

  • Carts are failing during your busiest weeks
  • Battery packs are being replaced at unpredictable intervals
  • You have no record of what has been serviced when
  • Downtime is costing you bookings or rounds

What a provider is likely to check

  • Fleet age and condition profile
  • Charging setup and whether packs are being fully cycled
  • Common failure patterns across the fleet rather than one cart at a time
  • Whether maintenance intervals match how hard the carts are actually worked

This describes how the work is usually approached. It is not a specification of what any individual provider will do — agree the scope with them directly.

Mobile or shop?

Mobile

Almost always on site. A fleet cannot be transported cart by cart.

Shop

Individual carts needing major work may go out; the routine work comes to you.

What to have ready

Having these to hand makes the first conversation shorter and usually cheaper.

  • Fleet size, makes, models and approximate ages
  • How the carts are used and how many hours they see
  • Current charging arrangements
  • Your operating season and when downtime hurts most
  • Any existing maintenance records
