What to include
- Listing corrections. The business name, the page URL, and what is wrong.
- Claiming a listing. The business name and how you are connected to it. Claiming is not open yet; we will note your interest.
- Removal requests. The business name and your role. We will remove a listing on request from someone who can show they represent the business.
- Guide corrections. The guide URL and the specific statement you believe is wrong. Safety corrections go to the front of the queue.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, and deletion requests for personal data.
Emergencies
Do not email us about an emergency. If a battery is venting, smoking, or on fire, evacuate and call your local emergency number.
