Provider terms

Last updated: 24 July 2026. No subscriptions are currently on sale and no listings can yet be claimed. These terms describe the intended arrangement and will be reviewed by counsel before billing is enabled.

Listings

A listing describes a business, not an individual. Multiple people may be attached to a listing with different roles, and access follows the business rather than any one person.

A listing may exist before it is claimed. Claiming one requires demonstrating a connection to the business. An unclaimed listing is labelled as such. A business may ask for its listing to be removed at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — services, brands, service areas, and contact details. Do not list service areas you do not actually cover or specialties you do not actually offer.

Plans and billing

A Free plan gives a claimable profile with core business information and one primary service area. The proposed Pro plan is $49 per month or $499 per year and adds wider service coverage, an outbound website link, richer media, quote request access, and eligibility for labelled sponsored placement.

Subscriptions will be billed through Stripe. Your entitlements are determined by the subscription state Stripe reports to us and nothing else. Cancelling ends the subscription at the close of the paid period; your listing reverts to the Free plan rather than being deleted.

What a subscription does not buy

• It does not produce a verified badge. Verification is a separate review of business identity and insurance evidence.
• It does not change organic ranking. Sponsored placement is an additional, labelled position — it does not reorder the results beneath it.
• It does not give control over reviews. You may publish one response per review. You cannot edit a rating, alter review text, or delete a review, and this is enforced by database permissions.

Quote requests

Quote requests contain a consumer’s personal information, provided to you for the sole purpose of quoting the work described. You must not use it for marketing, add it to a mailing or SMS list, sell it, or pass it to a third party. Access ends when your entitlement ends.

A request is not a booking or a guarantee of work. GolfCartHelp is not a party to any agreement between you and the customer, and takes no share of the repair price.

Conduct

Grounds for suspension or removal include misrepresenting your business, soliciting or incentivising reviews, using customer data outside a quote, listing service areas you do not cover, or claiming a business you are not connected to.
